Hi, I'm Kimberly Doehnert—an IFBB Pro, Army Veteran, and bodybuilding athlete with over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry. But my true passion lies in helping first-time and returning competitors confidently step on stage.

In 2011, I challenged myself to do a figure competiton—and that decision changed everything.

The experience of navigating prep as a beginner, with limited guidance, inspired me to become the coach I wish I had. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to coaching women in Fit Model, Bikini, Wellness, and Figure divisions—many of whom have earned top placements, pro cards, and most importantly, personal breakthroughs.
